     Our goal of the Sense Pad is to ensure customers another way of using a drawing tablet without the harm of users being used to a specific tablet and having to buy a newer/different tablet if it is misused or broken. Its unique differentiation allows for users to be able to seek out consistent usage of a drawing tablet with no harm involved.

   The sense pad allows for users to not have restrictions on a drawing tablet, with many more ways to wield the tablet, using its sensor to have anything act as its pen.

   We want to have out product be in an Introduction Stage after out product life cycle is finished, and if the sales end up decreasing, we plan on having it be discounted so that the product may be Modernized after.

   Our distribution is by direct distribution, where customers may buy the products directly from our website.

   Our product, the Sense Pad, allows users to use any objects to create. It is useful in the fact that it saves customers money from replacing a graphics tablet.  For example, if issues arise when a customer loses the accessory pen, or it ends up being broken.

   We leave our product at a price of 89.99$ so that it is a bit on level with other tablets in the market, but its price allows for customers to have their money not be jeopardized by the cost, leaving the product in a satisfying place in the market.Our goal is that this price will lead into the development of higher tech prototypes of our sense pad and the development of other products as well.

   We have established that our company would advertise our products like the Sense Pad through content creators and ads on websites.

   Our revenue stream comes from our investors and the money that is made off of our products.

   We estimate that the Sense Pad would make an average sale, considering the stability of the market as of December 2018.

   Our Milestones are that our company increases in both products and value, starting with our first product in stock, the Sense Pad.

   Our assumptions is that the Sense Pad will sell at a low rate, do to our unpopularity as a new and small company. We also assume our customer base are mainly creators and those who use graphic tablets.
